Sierra

Sierra arrived at our facility from holding on June 14th! She turned out to be much larger than the BLM had listed her! She has fabulous conformation and gives off all the quarter horse vibes! Does NOT look like a typical Mustang! She is extremely smart and her training is progressing very quickly.

Sierra has fantastic manners and impeccable groundwork skills through a suite of approximately 15 different groundwork exercises.

Sierra was started riding under saddle in fall 2025 and is currently riding out W/T/C in a hackamore and a snaffle. She has great leg cues for shoulder and is working on her sidepass. Can be ridden bridleless. She has a good back-up and a STRONG western stop entirely off of seat cues.

Sierra has not seen cattle but she has been introduced to the cutting flag. Has been trailered off the farm to clinics and ridden well with several horses she didn't know. Have also instructed lessens off her.

She also has experience with traffic, farm equipment, kids, dogs, and farm animals. Will self-load onto the trailer.
