Penny

Penny is as in-your-pocket as they come. She has the personality of a puppy and wants nothing more than some scratches and a treat. Will follow you around the pasture for hours and be your best friend for a pat. She has absolutely no mare-ish tendencies whatsoever and goes out in a co-ed herd. She is extremely curious and an expert at ground work!

Penny has been started under saddle since June 2025 and currently rides out in a hackamore or snaffle. She is currently refining her leg cues and will move hips and shoulders independently off the leg. She has strong stop and backup. She is also working on vertical flexion and collection at the gaits.

Penny willingly hops in and out of the trailer with minimal effort. Shes been exposed to kids, cattle, obstacle courses, arenas, traffic, trails and more!

Her training will continue to progress until a home is found.
